Laura Miroballi joined Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol, LLC. as an associate attorney in 2013, focusing on divorce and post-decree matters. Ms. Miroballi has been practicing family law in Cook County and Will County since 2007. She vigorously pursues the settlement of her cases, while also being prepared for possible litigation.

Ms. Miroballi grew up in Orland Park, Illinois, and has lived in the area for most of her life. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with Honors and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. During her time as an undergraduate, she was actively involved in the residence hall government, a member of the Honors College, and was employed full-time.

Ms. Miroballi received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. During law school, she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Brehon Society. She also was employed as a Law Clerk for a Chicago law firm specializing in “lemon law” cases, as well as completed an externship for a Judge in Pinellas County, Florida who focused on family law cases.

After graduating from John Marshall, Ms. Miroballi worked for six-and-a-half years at an Orland Park law firm specializing in divorce, paternity, and child custody cases.

Laura Miroballi is a member of the Illinois State, Will County, and Chicago Bar Associations. Ms. Miroballi is the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyer's Section of the Will County Bar Association with duties that include recruiting young attorneys to join the Will County Bar Association and attending local events.
